How the AI scores (v3). Each day starts at 100% at each of the 4 launch sites (Zugerberg, Brunni/Engelberg, Büelen/Wolfenschiessen, Niederbauen/Emmetten) and everything that threatens a beginner course deducts points: rain is weighted by how many of the 9 course hours (09–17h) it likely eats, thunderstorms by ICON-CH1/ICON-D2 model agreement, föhn, wind strength & direction, fronts and fog by severity, small stuff (a few clouds) costs nothing. Two situations force 0%: clear föhn and rain through most of the course day. The best site's score is the day's %. Uncertainty itself costs points, if the models disagree or the day is far ahead, the score drops and the confidence badge shows why. The MeteoSwiss text keywords can only push the score down, never up. ≥75% GO · 50–74% CAUTION · <50% NO-FLY.
